Refreshing Strawberry Icebox Cake
Strawberry Icebox Cake is a no bake layered dessert made with whipped cream, cream cheese, graham crackers, and fresh strawberries.
For the layers
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 lbs fresh strawberries sliced
- 1½ boxes graham crackers
Optional garnish
- Extra whipped cream
- Whole strawberries
- Crushed graham crackers
- Mint leaves
Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks.
Beat cream cheese and fold in half the whipped cream.
Slice strawberries thinly.
Layer cream, graham crackers, cream, and strawberries in dish.
Chill at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
