- 12 oz smoked sausage
- 1½ lbs baby potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
Slice the smoked sausage into ½-inch rounds and halve the baby potatoes for even cooking.
