Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz smoked sausage
  • lbs baby potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  • Slice the smoked sausage into ½-inch rounds and halve the baby potatoes for even cooking.
  • Mix everything: In a large bowl, combine the sausage, potatoes, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, sour cream, and chicken broth. Stir until well coated.
  • Season to taste: Add salt and pepper as needed, adjusting based on the saltiness of the sausage and broth.
  • Assemble the dish: Spread the mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
  • Bake covered: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes to allow the potatoes to soften and absorb the flavors.
