Ranch Cauliflower Salad

- 6 –7 cups fresh cauliflower cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- ½ cup green onions chopped
- ¾ cup sliced pimento-stuffed green olives
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup cooked bacon chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise add more if you prefer extra creaminess
- 1 teaspoon ranch dressing seasoning powdered form
