Rainbow Fruit Cup is a vibrant mix of fresh seasonal fruits layered in colorful order and finished with a light honey lime glaze, perfect for a refreshing snack or simple dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 cup kiwi diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup purple grapes halved
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dice all fruits into small, even pieces, halving the grapes and setting blueberries aside.
  • Whisk honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and pourable.
  • Layer fruit in clear cups in rainbow order, pressing gently to keep layers neat.
  • Drizzle the honey lime glaze lightly over each fruit cup.
  • Garnish with fresh mint and chill for about 20 minutes before serving.
