Quick Pickled Cucumbers
Ready in just an hour, this recipe makes a perfect side dish for any meal.
- 2 cucumbers ends removed, thinly sliced horizontally
- 3 slices lemon
- 2 tsp chopped red chili
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 200 ml Sprite
Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a glass container.
Add lemon slices, chopped chili, sugar, salt, and vinegar.
Pour Sprite over the cucumber mixture.
Stir everything together to combine.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
