Quick Homemade Air Fryer Pizza Bagels

Quick, customizable, and irresistibly cheesy, these homemade air fryer pizza bagels make the perfect snack, light lunch, or fun dinner in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 plain bagels sliced in half
  • 4 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 3 to 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • Optional toppings: sliced olives sliced bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, sliced red onions, diced tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Heat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place bagel halves on a work surface. Toast in the air fryer for 3 minutes if you want a crispier base.
  • Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce evenly over each half.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella, add 4 pepperoni slices, and any extra toppings you like.
  • Place in basket with space between pieces. Cook at 350°F for 5 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden.
  • Remove with tongs. Cool for 2 minutes, then enjoy.
