Quick & Easy Funnel Cake Bites
Crispy outside, fluffy inside, and dusted with powdered sugar – these cake bites are just irresistible!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pancake mix just add water variety
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oil to 375°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, water, vanilla, and sugar until thick.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of batter into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
