Quick Creamy Garlic Salmon Pasta

A quick, flavorful weeknight pasta with seared salmon and a creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce. Rich, satisfying, and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets cut into chunks
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Boil salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and thickened (3–5 minutes).
  • Add pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Add a splash of pasta water if needed.
  • Add salmon back to the pan. Warm through for 1–2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
