Quick Creamy Garlic Salmon Pasta
A quick, flavorful weeknight pasta with seared salmon and a creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce. Rich, satisfying, and ready in under 30 minutes.
- 2 salmon fillets cut into chunks
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Boil salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and thickened (3–5 minutes).
Add pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Add a splash of pasta water if needed.
Add salmon back to the pan. Warm through for 1–2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
