Quick Cheesy Ground Beef Pasta Skillet

A quick, hearty, one-pan meal loaded with tender pasta, seasoned beef, garlic, and gooey mozzarella — perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients
  

Main Components

  • 2 cups ziti pasta cooked
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped

Seasonings & Flavorings

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • ½ cup chopped parsley plus more for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Boil salted water, cook ziti 1 minute less than al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, drain without rinsing.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add beef, break apart, cook 2 minutes until browned, then reduce to medium.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic, onions, chili flakes, Worcestershire, tomato paste, parsley, and pasta water. Simmer 8–10 minutes until tender.
  • Stir in pasta and 1 cup mozzarella. Top with remaining cheese, cover, and melt for 2–3 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
