Quick And Hearty Sausage Egg Cheese Roll-Ups
Sausage Egg Cheese Roll-Ups are quick, hearty, and full of flavor—perfect for busy mornings or easy weekend brunches.
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter or oil for greasing
Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up. Drain and set aside.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in the same skillet until softly scrambled. Remove from heat.
Lay out tortillas. Add sausage, eggs, and shredded cheese evenly.
Tightly roll each tortilla to enclose the filling.
Heat butter/oil in skillet. Cook roll-ups seam side down until golden on all sides, 2–3 minutes per side.
Let cool slightly. Slice and serve warm.
