Quick And Hearty Sausage Egg Cheese Roll-Ups

Sausage Egg Cheese Roll-Ups are quick, hearty, and full of flavor—perfect for busy mornings or easy weekend brunches.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up. Drain and set aside.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in the same skillet until softly scrambled. Remove from heat.
  • Lay out tortillas. Add sausage, eggs, and shredded cheese evenly.
  • Tightly roll each tortilla to enclose the filling.
  • Heat butter/oil in skillet. Cook roll-ups seam side down until golden on all sides, 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Let cool slightly. Slice and serve warm.
