Pumpkin Oreo Balls
Pumpkin Oreo Balls are bite-sized, no-bake treats made with crushed Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and dipped in orange candy melts to resemble little pumpkins—perfect for Halloween parties, fall bake sales, or quick family desserts.
- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 12 oz orange candy melts
- Small pretzel sticks for pumpkin stems
- Leaf icing decorations optional, for garnish
Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or in a sealed bag with a rolling pin until fine. Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese until thick and dough-like.
Scoop 1-tablespoon portions, roll into 1-inch balls, and place on a parchment-lined sheet. Chill for 15 minutes.
Score curved lines on each ball with a toothpick to resemble pumpkins, then chill for another 10 minutes. Melt the orange candy melts in the microwave in short bursts or over a double boiler until smooth.
Dip each chilled ball into the melted candy, shake off excess, and set back on the sheet.
Add a pretzel stick as the stem and an icing leaf if desired. Refrigerate until the coating sets, about 15–20 minutes. Serve chilled or slightly softened.
