Pumpkin Fluff

Looking for a quick and delicious fall dessert? This Pumpkin Fluff is creamy, festive, and bursting with cozy autumn flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pumpkin puree 15 oz
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz
  • 1 container whipped topping, thawed 8 oz
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows optional
  • Graham crackers or gingersnap cookies for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree and instant vanilla pudding mix.
  • Add pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined. If desired, stir in mini marshmallows.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with graham crackers or gingersnap cookies. Enjoy!
