Pumpkin Fluff

- 1 can pumpkin puree 15 oz
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz
- 1 container whipped topping, thawed 8 oz
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows optional
- Graham crackers or gingersnap cookies for serving
In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree and instant vanilla pudding mix.
Add pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined. If desired, stir in mini marshmallows.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with graham crackers or gingersnap cookies. Enjoy!
