Pizza Macaroni and Cheese

Pizza Macaroni and Cheese is a cheesy, comforting casserole that blends the rich taste of macaroni and cheese with pizza flavors. Topped with pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, and gooey cheese, it's sure to satisfy any crowd.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 package sliced pepperoni
  • ½ cup black olives
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil the elbow macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, milk, diced tomatoes, pepperoni, olives, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish, pour in the mixture, and spread evenly. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
