Pizza Lasagna Skillet Bake

A hearty, cheesy fusion of pizza and lasagna baked in one skillet—loaded with sausage, ground beef, bacon, and melted mozzarella for the ultimate family dinner comfort.

Ingredients
  

Meat and Protein

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 cup bacon crumbled

Vegetables and Aromatics

  • ½ yellow onion diced

Pantry and Staples

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Extras and Finishings

  • 25 pepperoni slices
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 10 lasagna sheets broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until tender, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef, Italian sausage, and diced onion over medium-high heat until the meat is cooked through and the onion softens.
  • Drain the grease. Add onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, 20 pepperoni slices, ½ cup crumbled bacon, and marinara sauce. Stir until everything is evenly coated and aromatic.
  • Fold in the cooked lasagna pieces, making sure they’re well mixed with the sauce and meat.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella on top, then add the remaining bacon and pepperoni slices for a pizza-style finish.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving for the perfect cheesy, saucy bite every time.
