Flaky puff pastry cups filled with creamy brie, topped with crunchy pistachios, and finished with a drizzle of fig-honey glaze—these Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites are the perfect bite-sized blend of sweet and savory elegance.
- 6 oz brie cheese cut into bite-sized cubes
 - ½ cup chopped pistachios
 - 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
 - 2 tbsp fig jam
 - 1 tbsp honey
 - 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
Cut the puff pastry into 2-inch squares and press them gently into the tin to form small cups.
Roll each brie cube in chopped pistachios, then place one in each pastry cup.
Brush the edges with beaten egg and bake for 12–15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
While they bake, mix fig jam and honey until smooth, warming slightly if too thick.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm bites and serve right away for the perfect sweet-savory treat.
