Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites With Fig Honey Glaze

Flaky puff pastry cups filled with creamy brie, topped with crunchy pistachios, and finished with a drizzle of fig-honey glaze—these Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites are the perfect bite-sized blend of sweet and savory elegance.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz brie cheese cut into bite-sized cubes
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 2 tbsp fig jam
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Cut the puff pastry into 2-inch squares and press them gently into the tin to form small cups.
  • Roll each brie cube in chopped pistachios, then place one in each pastry cup.
  • Brush the edges with beaten egg and bake for 12–15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  • While they bake, mix fig jam and honey until smooth, warming slightly if too thick.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the warm bites and serve right away for the perfect sweet-savory treat.
