Pineapple Rum Punch
Pineapple Rum Punch blends pineapple juice, coconut rum, and ginger ale into a bubbly, tropical cocktail that’s easy to make and perfect for warm days.
- 3 cups Canada Dry ginger ale chilled
- 3 cups pineapple juice preferably cold
- 1 cup Malibu coconut rum
- Ice cubes
Pour 3 cups of pineapple juice into a large pitcher. Add 1 cup of Malibu coconut rum and stir gently to blend the flavors.
Slowly pour in 3 cups of chilled ginger ale. Stir carefully once or twice—avoid vigorous mixing to keep the ginger ale’s fizz alive.
Fill each serving glass with ice cubes. The cold ice keeps the punch crisp and refreshing.
Pour the punch over the ice-filled glasses. Add fresh pineapple chunks, lime wheels, or mint sprigs on top to enhance both flavor and presentation.
