Pineapple Rum Punch

Pineapple Rum Punch blends pineapple juice, coconut rum, and ginger ale into a bubbly, tropical cocktail that’s easy to make and perfect for warm days.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Canada Dry ginger ale chilled
  • 3 cups pineapple juice preferably cold
  • 1 cup Malibu coconut rum
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour 3 cups of pineapple juice into a large pitcher. Add 1 cup of Malibu coconut rum and stir gently to blend the flavors.
  • Slowly pour in 3 cups of chilled ginger ale. Stir carefully once or twice—avoid vigorous mixing to keep the ginger ale’s fizz alive.
  • Fill each serving glass with ice cubes. The cold ice keeps the punch crisp and refreshing.
  • Pour the punch over the ice-filled glasses. Add fresh pineapple chunks, lime wheels, or mint sprigs on top to enhance both flavor and presentation.
  • Serve right away to enjoy the bubbly, tropical flavors at their best.
