Pineapple Lemon Drop Cocktail

A bright, tropical cocktail with pineapple and lemon juice, offering a sweet-tart finish. Easy to make and perfect for a refreshing evening sip.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz additional pineapple juice for layering or stronger flavor
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Ice crushed or cubed
  • Sugar for rimming the glass
  • Lemon wedge or slice for garnish
  • Optional: ¾oz triple sec or orange liqueur
  • Optional: ½ oz simple syrup or honey

Instructions
 

  • Rub a lemon wedge around the glass rim. Dip it into sugar on a small plate to coat evenly. Set aside.
  • In a shaker, combine 3 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz lemon juice, and optional triple sec or sweetener.
  • Add ice to the shaker. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until chilled and frothy.
  • Fill your glass with fresh ice. Strain the cocktail in, then slowly pour 2 oz pineapple juice on top for layering.
  • Add a lemon slice or pineapple wedge. Serve right away and enjoy.
