Pineapple Fluff

Pineapple Fluff is a creamy, no-bake dessert made with crushed pineapple, whipped topping, vanilla pudding, marshmallows, and coconut. Light, sweet, and simple, it’s perfect for potlucks, picnics, or a quick tropical treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineap
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts pecans, almonds, or crushed pretzels

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, stir together the crushed pineapple (with juice) and dry pudding mix until fully combined and slightly thickened.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light, fluffy, and smooth.
  • Stir in mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts or crushed pretzels until evenly mixed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve cold with an extra sprinkle of coconut or nuts on top, if desired.
