Pineapple Fluff
Pineapple Fluff is a creamy, no-bake dessert made with crushed pineapple, whipped topping, vanilla pudding, marshmallows, and coconut. Light, sweet, and simple, it’s perfect for potlucks, picnics, or a quick tropical treat.
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineap
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup chopped walnuts pecans, almonds, or crushed pretzels
In a large bowl, stir together the crushed pineapple (with juice) and dry pudding mix until fully combined and slightly thickened.
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light, fluffy, and smooth.
Stir in mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts or crushed pretzels until evenly mixed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve cold with an extra sprinkle of coconut or nuts on top, if desired.
