Philly Steak Cheese Fries
Philly Steak Cheese Fries are a crave-worthy twist on the classic sandwich—crispy waffle fries loaded with tender steak, peppers, onions, and melty cheese. Perfect for game nights, casual dinners, or a cozy date night at home.
- 1 lb steak thinly sliced
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 8-10 white American cheese slices
- 20 oz bag McCain Quick Cook Waffle Cut Fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Bake the waffle fries at 425°F for 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy.
Season and cook the steak in a hot skillet until browned and cooked through.
In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until soft and slightly caramelized.
Layer the baked fries with steak, veggies, and slices of white American cheese.
Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve hot and enjoy
