Philly Steak Cheese Fries

Philly Steak Cheese Fries are a crave-worthy twist on the classic sandwich—crispy waffle fries loaded with tender steak, peppers, onions, and melty cheese. Perfect for game nights, casual dinners, or a cozy date night at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 8-10 white American cheese slices
  • 20 oz bag McCain Quick Cook Waffle Cut Fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Bake the waffle fries at 425°F for 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Season and cook the steak in a hot skillet until browned and cooked through.
  • In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until soft and slightly caramelized.
  • Layer the baked fries with steak, veggies, and slices of white American cheese.
  • Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve hot and enjoy
