Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks are packed with tender beef, melty provolone, and a garlicky Parmesan crust, all wrapped in golden, crispy pizza dough. Perfect for game nights, appetizers, or a fun twist on a classic favorite!
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lb pizza dough
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ cup thinly sliced beef or steak tips
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- Marinara or cheese sauce (queso)
- Salt
Prepare the dough: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a ¼-inch thick rectangle.
Add garlic flavor: Mix olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush evenly over the dough for a rich, garlicky base.
Layer the filling: Sprinkle grated Parmesan and half of the shredded provolone (or mozzarella) over the dough. Evenly distribute the cooked beef, then season with garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
Fold and cut: Fold the dough over the filling and press gently to seal. Slice into 1-inch strips using a pizza cutter.
Twist and arrange: Twist each strip a few times and place them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the remaining provolone on top and add chili powder if desired.
Bake to perfection: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, crispy, and bubbling with melted cheese. Serve warm with marinara or queso dip.
