Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated breadstick dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak and onion until browned and caramelized, about 5–7 minutes. Stir in garlic powder. Let cool slightly.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out breadstick dough on a floured surface. Separate into strips wide enough to hold filling.
  • Place steak mixture and mozzarella on each dough strip. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal.
  • Place breadsticks on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
