Cheesy, meaty, and loaded with flavor, these breadsticks are comfort food at its finest!
- 1 lb ribeye steak thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated breadstick dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp parsley chopped
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak and onion until browned and caramelized, about 5–7 minutes. Stir in garlic powder. Let cool slightly.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out breadstick dough on a floured surface. Separate into strips wide enough to hold filling.
Place steak mixture and mozzarella on each dough strip. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal.
Place breadsticks on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
