Peanut Butter Dream Bars
Peanut Butter Dream Bars feature a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and a smooth chocolate topping. They’re easy to make, perfect for any occasion, and utterly irresistible.
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream (or 2 tbsp butter)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Crushed peanuts (optional garnish)
- Flaky sea salt (optional garnish)
- ½ cup melted butter
Combine graham cracker crumbs, oats, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl. Press into a lined 9x9-inch pan and chill for 10 minutes.
Beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread evenly over the crust.
Microwave chocolate chips and heavy cream (or butter) in 30-second intervals, stirring each time. Pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes. Slice into squares and enjoy!
