Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Brookies

Combine the chewy goodness of cookies, the rich chocolatey flavor of brownies, and the creamy delight of peanut butter cups into one unforgettable treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag brownie mix 10 oz, plus ingredients listed on package
  • 6 pack Reese’s peanut butter cups 12 cups
  • 1 package refrigerated cookie dough 16 oz

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a regular-size muffin tin generously.
  • Prepare brownie mix as directed on the package and set aside.
  • Divide cookie dough into 12 balls and press each into the bottom of a muffin cup.
  • Place a Reese’s peanut butter cup upside down on top of the cookie dough in each cup.
  • Spoon brownie batter over the peanut butter cups, filling each muffin cup about 90% full.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, until brownies are set. Let cool for 5 minutes in the tin before removing. Enjoy warm for maximum gooeyness!
