Ingredients
  

  • 1 premade pie crust
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • ½ cup crushed peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • Mini peanut butter cups and caramel drizzle for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of shortening. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until fully melted and smooth.
  • Spread the melted chocolate evenly in the bottom of the premade pie crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  • Mix peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, crushed peanuts, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined for a light, airy texture.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture over the set chocolate layer. Spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Melt the remaining chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of shortening. Drizzle over the peanut butter layer.
  • Top with mini peanut butter cups and a caramel drizzle. Cover and refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving to set the layers.
