Peanut Butter Cheesecake Donut
Peanut Butter Cheesecake Donuts are rich, no-bake dessert sandwiches made with chocolate-glazed donuts filled with creamy peanut butter cheesecake and crushed Reese’s cups, then drizzled with warm peanut butter for an over-the-top finish.
- 4 chocolate-glazed donuts
- ½ cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup crushed Reese’s cups
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp milk
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Fold in crushed Reese’s cups. Chill for 30 minutes until firm enough to scoop.
Cut each chocolate-glazed donut in half horizontally. Lay them cut-side up on parchment.
Add a thin layer of peanut butter to the bottom half of each donut.
Spoon or pipe the chilled cheesecake filling onto the peanut butter layer. Be generous.
Gently press the top donut half over the filling to create a sandwich.
Microwave peanut butter and milk for 15–20 seconds. Stir until smooth and pourable. Add more milk if needed.
Drizzle the peanut butter over each donut sandwich. Top with extra crushed Reese’s cups and serve right away or chill for a firmer treat.
