Peameal Bacon Breakfast Sliders

Mini breakfast sandwiches layered with peameal bacon, fluffy baked eggs, and cheddar, all nestled inside buttery slider buns, quick, warming, and kid-approved.

Ingredients
  

Egg Mixture

  • 12 large eggs
  • cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Main Components

  • 12 slices Canadian bacon or ham, sausage patties
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 12 slider buns sweet Hawaiian or dinner rolls
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into a greased 8-inch pan and bake 10–15 minutes until set. Cool slightly, then cut into 12 squares.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook Canadian bacon 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  • Slice buns. Layer bottoms with bacon, egg square, and cheddar half.
  • Top with buns, brush with butter, and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately while warm and melty.
