Peach Lemonade Slush
A refreshing blend of ripe peaches and tart lemonade, this slush is quick to whip up, naturally sweet, and perfect for hot days.
- 3 ripe peaches chopped (keep the skins on)
- 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate 1 can
- 24 ounces cold water 2 cans of water using the lemonade can as a guide
- Fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish
Wash the peaches, remove the pits, and chop them into chunks. Keep the skins on for extra color and fiber.
Put the peach chunks, frozen lemonade concentrate, and 24 oz of cold water into your blender.
Blend on high for 1–1.5 minutes until smooth and slushy. Too thick? Add more water. Too thin? Add ice or more concentrate.
Taste it. Add lemon juice for more tang or honey/sugar if you want it sweeter. Blend again briefly.
Pour into cold glasses. Add mint or a fun straw if you’d like. Serve right away.
