Peach Lemonade Slush

A refreshing blend of ripe peaches and tart lemonade, this slush is quick to whip up, naturally sweet, and perfect for hot days.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe peaches chopped (keep the skins on)
  • 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate 1 can
  • 24 ounces cold water 2 cans of water using the lemonade can as a guide
  • Fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash the peaches, remove the pits, and chop them into chunks. Keep the skins on for extra color and fiber.
  • Put the peach chunks, frozen lemonade concentrate, and 24 oz of cold water into your blender.
  • Blend on high for 1–1.5 minutes until smooth and slushy. Too thick? Add more water. Too thin? Add ice or more concentrate.
  • Taste it. Add lemon juice for more tang or honey/sugar if you want it sweeter. Blend again briefly.
  • Pour into cold glasses. Add mint or a fun straw if you’d like. Serve right away.
