Peach Cobbler Dump Cake
Peach Cobbler Dump Cake is an easy, crowd-pleasing dessert made with canned or fresh peaches, cake mix, and melted butter. Just layer, bake, and enjoy a golden, bubbling treat in under an hour!
- 1 can 15 oz peach slices, drained (or use fresh/frozen peaches)
- 1 tbsp sugar optional, for extra sweetness
- ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 box 15.25 oz yellow cake mix (or any cake mix of your choice)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon optional
- Vanilla ice cream optional, for serving
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
Spread drained peach slices evenly in the dish. Use sugar if you’d like extra sweetness.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the peaches. Do not stir or press down.
Lightly dust the top with cinnamon for added warmth and flavor.
Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix to cover as much as possible.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden on top and bubbly around the edges.
Scoop and enjoy warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
