Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower is a crispy, golden baked dish coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and cheese, offering a flavorful and wholesome side or appetizer.
- 7 cups cauliflower florets cut into bite sized pieces
- 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425°F, line a baking sheet with foil, and lightly spray
Toss cauliflower with olive oil in a zip bag until evenly coated
Add breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and Parmesan, then shake to coat well
Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet
Lightly spray tops for extra crispness
Bake 10 minutes, stir, then bake another 10 minutes until golden and tender
Serve hot while crisp outside and soft inside
