Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower is a crispy, golden baked dish coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and cheese, offering a flavorful and wholesome side or appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 7 cups cauliflower florets cut into bite sized pieces
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F, line a baking sheet with foil, and lightly spray
  • Toss cauliflower with olive oil in a zip bag until evenly coated
  • Add breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and Parmesan, then shake to coat well
  • Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet
  • Lightly spray tops for extra crispness
  • Bake 10 minutes, stir, then bake another 10 minutes until golden and tender
  • Serve hot while crisp outside and soft inside
