Parmesan Garlic Turkey Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna Recipe

A savory fusion of lasagna and a bacon cheeseburger! This Parmesan Garlic Turkey Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna layers seasoned beef, crispy turkey bacon, creamy ricotta-Parmesan, and melty cheddar and mozzarella for a rich, comforting bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cook the beef mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened. Drain any excess fat.
  • Make the cheeseburger sauce: Stir in marinara sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Prepare the ricotta layer: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, grated Parmesan, and half the chopped parsley until smooth.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom, then add a layer of lasagna noodles. Spread the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by more meat sauce.
  • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  • Bake the lasagna: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with the remaining parsley and serve warm.
