Cook the beef mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened. Drain any excess fat.
Make the cheeseburger sauce: Stir in marinara sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Prepare the ricotta layer: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, grated Parmesan, and half the chopped parsley until smooth.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom, then add a layer of lasagna noodles. Spread the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by more meat sauce.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
Bake the lasagna: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with the remaining parsley and serve warm.
