Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls
Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls are cheesy, bite-sized spirals of soft dough filled with marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan, baked golden and seasoned with garlic and Italian herbs. They make a simple, tasty snack or meal for family dinners and casual get-togethers.
- 1 lb pizza dough
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes or fresh basil for garnish
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a ¼-inch thick rectangle, keeping it even.
Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a small edge. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly.
Roll the dough tightly from one long side into a log. Cut into 1-inch rolls and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
Brush rolls with melted butter, then sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cover with foil if browning too fast.
Garnish with red pepper flakes or basil if desired. Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
