Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls

Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls are cheesy, bite-sized spirals of soft dough filled with marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan, baked golden and seasoned with garlic and Italian herbs. They make a simple, tasty snack or meal for family dinners and casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes or fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a ¼-inch thick rectangle, keeping it even.
  • Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a small edge. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly.
  • Roll the dough tightly from one long side into a log. Cut into 1-inch rolls and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  • Brush rolls with melted butter, then sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cover with foil if browning too fast.
  • Garnish with red pepper flakes or basil if desired. Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
