- 4 boneless pork chops
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- Cooking spray or olive oil
