Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
Easy to prepare and bursting with flavor, this dish is perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
On a plate, combine the parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, pepper, and garlic powder.
Rub the pork chops with olive oil to ensure they stay moist and flavorful.
Dip each pork chop into the cheese mixture, pressing the mixture onto the pork chops to ensure they are well coated.
Line a baking pan with tin foil and spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Place the coated pork chops on the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
