Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

Easy to prepare and bursting with flavor, this dish is perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • On a plate, combine the parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Rub the pork chops with olive oil to ensure they stay moist and flavorful.
  • Dip each pork chop into the cheese mixture, pressing the mixture onto the pork chops to ensure they are well coated.
  • Line a baking pan with tin foil and spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Place the coated pork chops on the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
