Oven-Baked French Bread Pizza

French bread halved, brushed with garlic butter, layered with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni, then baked at 425°F until golden—easy, family-friendly pizza in minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup salted butter melted
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • About 24 pepperoni slices

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the French bread in half lengthwise. Trim the bottom if needed to help it sit flat.
  • Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Spread it over the cut sides of the bread.
  • Place bread on a baking sheet, cut-side up. Bake for 5–10 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Take the bread out. Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese, and top with pepperoni.
  • Bake again for 10–14 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
  • Let cool for a few minutes. Slice and enjoy.
