Oven-Baked French Bread Pizza
French bread halved, brushed with garlic butter, layered with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni, then baked at 425°F until golden—easy, family-friendly pizza in minutes.
- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ cup salted butter melted
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- About 24 pepperoni slices
Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut the French bread in half lengthwise. Trim the bottom if needed to help it sit flat.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Spread it over the cut sides of the bread.
Place bread on a baking sheet, cut-side up. Bake for 5–10 minutes until lightly golden.
Take the bread out. Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese, and top with pepperoni.
Bake again for 10–14 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
Let cool for a few minutes. Slice and enjoy.
