Oreo Cookie Dough Bites
Oreo Cookie Dough Bites are no-bake treats made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and powdered sugar—rolled into soft dough balls and optionally dipped in melted chocolate for an extra layer of indulgence.
- 180 g Oreo crumbs
- 115 g cream cheese
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- Melted chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
- Crushed Oreos or sprinkles
Pulse Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor. No processor? Use a zip-top bag and a rolling pin.
Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the Oreo crumbs and fold in chocolate chips, if desired.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill for at least 15 minutes.
Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave. Dip each chilled ball in chocolate and return to the tray. Top with crushed Oreos or sprinkles.
Chill until the chocolate sets, or serve immediately for a softer bite. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
