Oreo Cookie Dough Bites

Oreo Cookie Dough Bites are no-bake treats made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and powdered sugar—rolled into soft dough balls and optionally dipped in melted chocolate for an extra layer of indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 180 g Oreo crumbs
  • 115 g cream cheese
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Melted chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
  • Crushed Oreos or sprinkles

Instructions

  • Pulse Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor. No processor? Use a zip-top bag and a rolling pin.
  • Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the Oreo crumbs and fold in chocolate chips, if desired.
  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill for at least 15 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave. Dip each chilled ball in chocolate and return to the tray. Top with crushed Oreos or sprinkles.
  • Chill until the chocolate sets, or serve immediately for a softer bite. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
