Oreo Cheesecake Stuffed Donut Burger
This over-the-top dessert stacks Oreo cheesecake between glazed donuts—like a burger-meets-ice-cream sandwich with a cookies-and-cream twist. Serve chilled or with ice cream for a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
For the Oreo Cheesecake Filling:
- 1 cup 227g cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup 40g powdered sugar
- 8 Oreo cookies crushed (plus extra for topping, optional)
For the Donut Burgers:
- 6 glazed donuts halved horizontally
- 6 small scoops vanilla ice cream optional
- ¼ cup 60ml chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a medium bowl for 2–3 minutes until smooth and fluffy. Fold in crushed Oreos.
Tip: If the filling is too soft, chill longer or add more crushed Oreos.
Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
Slice each glazed donut in half horizontally to make top and bottom "buns."
Spread the chilled filling on the bottom half of each donut. Optional: Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Add the top donut half. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with extra Oreos.
Best enjoyed fresh while the filling is cool and the donut is soft.
