Ingredients
For the Base
- 36 Oreo cookies regular, not Double Stuf
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
For the Coating
- 16 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips or candy melts
For Decoration
- Christmas-themed sprinkles crushed candy canes, or colored sanding sugar
- Optional: white chocolate chips for drizzling
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs.
- Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Chill for 30 minutes to firm.
- Melt chocolate or candy coating.
- Dip chilled balls into chocolate, tapping off excess.
- Decorate with sprinkles, crushed candy, or drizzles.
- Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
