Orange Crush Sherbet

A creamy, citrusy sherbet made with Orange Crush, condensed milk, and whipped cream—an easy, refreshing treat with a nostalgic twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Orange Crush soda or any orange-flavored soda
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional, for enhanced flavor

Instructions

  • Mix the base: In a large bowl, pour in the Orange Crush soda and add the sweetened condensed milk. Stir gently until smooth and fully blended.
  • Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand or stand mixer on medium-high speed for 2–3 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
  • Combine mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the orange soda mixture using a spatula. Stir in vanilla extract if using, mixing just until combined.
  • Freeze the sherbet: Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container with a lid. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Stir every hour during the first 2–3 hours to reduce ice crystals and improve texture.
  • Serve and enjoy: Scoop into bowls or cones. Top with orange zest or a splash of Orange Crush for a fizzy finish. Serve immediately.
