Ooey Gooey S'mores Casserole
This recipe is perfect for a quick treat that brings all the campfire vibes right to your oven.
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- Large marshmallows enough to cover the top
- Graham crackers for dipping
Preheat your oven to 450°F.
Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat (do not boil).
Pour cream over chocolate chips and let sit for 1-2 minutes.
Stir until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
Pour the chocolate mixture into a 6-inch cast iron pa and spread evenly.
Top with marshmallows and bake for 7-9 minutes until golden. Serve with graham crackers.
