Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Place filling in the center of each tortilla, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
Arrange wraps seam side down on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Bake 15–20 minutes until the tortillas are golden and the filling is melted and gooey.
Garnish with chopped parsley, slice if desired, and serve warm.
