One Bowl Brownies Recipe
These brownies are the ultimate easy treat, packed with rich chocolate flavor.
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cubed 2 sticks
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup for melting, 1/2 cup to add at the end
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line and grease a 9-inch pan.
Melt the butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips using a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir until well combined.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before removing. Optional: Drizzle with extra melted chocolate.
