Nutter Butter Pie
A luscious no-bake Nutter Butter Pie made with a crunchy cookie crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and a cloud of whipped cream. Simple to prepare, irresistibly rich, and perfect for peanut butter lovers of all ages.
For the Crust
- 1 package 14 oz Nutter Butter cookies
- ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
For the Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Garnish
- ½ cup chopped Nutter Butter cookies
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts
Crush Nutter Butter cookies into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar until creamy.
Whip heavy cream and vanilla to stiff peaks.
Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, then spread filling into the crust.
Top with chopped cookies and peanuts, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Slice with a hot knife and serve.
