Nutter Butter Pie

A luscious no-bake Nutter Butter Pie made with a crunchy cookie crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and a cloud of whipped cream. Simple to prepare, irresistibly rich, and perfect for peanut butter lovers of all ages.

Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 package 14 oz Nutter Butter cookies
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted

For the Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Garnish

  • ½ cup chopped Nutter Butter cookies
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Crush Nutter Butter cookies into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar until creamy.
  • Whip heavy cream and vanilla to stiff peaks.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, then spread filling into the crust.
  • Top with chopped cookies and peanuts, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Slice with a hot knife and serve.
