No Bake Grinch Pie
No Bake Grinch Pie is a creamy holiday dessert with an Oreo crust, fluffy green pudding filling, and a Cool Whip topping finished with sparkling sugar and red heart sprinkles.
Ingredients
- 1 store bought 9 inch Oreo pie crust
- 1 box 3.4 ounces instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold 2 percent milk
- 1 tub 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed
- ½ teaspoon neon green gel food coloring
- 1 to 2 drops green liquid food coloring
- ¼ cup green sanding sugar
- 2 tablespoons mini red heart sprinkles
- 6 to 8 large red heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix with very cold milk until thick, then add green food coloring and mix until smooth.
- Pour the green pudding into the Oreo crust and smooth the top evenly.
- Chill uncovered in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours until fully set.
- Spread Cool Whip over the chilled pie in soft, fluffy layers.
- Decorate with green sanding sugar and red heart sprinkles.
- Slice with a sharp knife and serve well chilled.
