No Bake Grinch Pie
A bright, creamy No Bake Grinch Pie made with white chocolate pudding, Cool-Whip, and a festive green hue, set inside an Oreo crust for an easy holiday dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 Oreo pie crust
- 1 box white chocolate pudding 3.9 oz
- 2 cups cold 2% milk
- ½ container Cool-Whip
- 2 to 3 drops neon green gel food coloring
- 1 to 2 drops green food coloring
- ½ cup green sanding sugar
- ½ cup mini red heart sprinkles
- ½ cup large red heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Whisk the white chocolate pudding mix with cold 2% milk until thick and silky.
- Fold in ½ of the Cool Whip gently to keep the mixture creamy.
- Add neon green gel coloring, then regular green coloring until bright Grinch green.
- Pour the green pudding mixture into the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
- Fold the remaining Cool Whip into the leftover pudding and spoon the fluffy layer on top.
- Sprinkle green sanding sugar evenly for a sparkly finish.
- Add mini and large red heart sprinkles across the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours until the pie is completely set.
