No-Bake Chocolate Cream Pie

This No-Bake Chocolate Cream Pie is a rich and creamy dessert with a chocolate cookie crust, a fluffy chocolate cream filling, and a silky whipped topping. Perfect for any occasion, it’s simple to make and absolutely irresistible.

Ingredients
  

For the crust:

  • cups chocolate cookie crumbs such as Oreo, without the filling
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

For the filling:

  • 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cups heavy whipping cream cold

For the topping:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Chocolate shavings or curls optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined and creamy.
  • In a separate chilled bowl, whip 1 1/2 cups heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  • Spoon the chocolate filling into the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Whip the remaining 1 cup heavy cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe over the pie.
  • Garnish with optional chocolate shavings or curls. Slice and serve chilled. Store leftovers in the fridge.
