No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake a creamy, luscious dessert with a buttery graham crust, fluffy filling, and bright cherry topping—simple to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

For the Graham Cracker Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs about 14 sheets
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz 450 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
  • cups heavy whipping cream cold

For the Cherry Topping

  • 1 can 21 oz / 595 g cherry pie filling or homemade

Optional Homemade Cherry Topping

  • 2 cups pitted cherries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp almond extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix graham crumbs, butter, sugar, and salt; press into a pan and refrigerate.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon until smooth; fold in whipped cream.
  • Pour filling over crust, smooth, and refrigerate 4+ hours or overnight.
  • Spread cherry topping evenly over set cheesecake and chill 30 minutes before serving.
