Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan.
In a bowl, whisk together cake mix and pudding mix. In another bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, oil, sour cream, and coffee.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 45 min. Let cool for 10 min, then invert onto a plate.
For ganache, melt butter over low heat. Stir in cocoa, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
Pour warm ganache over cake, top with more chocolate chips. Serve warm, microwaving if needed before serving. Enjoy!
