Nestle's Toll House Chocolate Cake

A rich, indulgent cake loaded with chocolate chips and topped with a luscious ganache—perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients
  

For the cake:

  • 1 box devil’s food cake mix
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix 3.9 oz
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sour cream or buttermilk
  • ¾ cup brewed coffee
  • 2 cups Nestlé Toll House chocolate chips

For the ganache:

  • 1 stick salted butter ½ cup
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ box powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together cake mix and pudding mix. In another bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, oil, sour cream, and coffee.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 45 min. Let cool for 10 min, then invert onto a plate.
  • For ganache, melt butter over low heat. Stir in cocoa, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
  • Pour warm ganache over cake, top with more chocolate chips. Serve warm, microwaving if needed before serving. Enjoy!
