Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap
These Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps bring together savory seasoned beef, creamy nacho cheese sauce, and crunchy toppings in a warm tortilla.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis (like Rotel) 10 oz
- ½ cup green pepper chopped
- ½ cup onion diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup crushed nacho cheese-flavored chips
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Shredded lettuce optional for garnish
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and green pepper to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes until softened.
Add taco seasoning to beef and veggies, cooking for 1 more minute.
In a bowl, mix nacho cheese sauce and diced tomatoes with green chilis.
Spread nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla, then add beef, sour cream, and crushed chips.
Fold tortillas, then toast each wrap in a skillet until golden on both sides.
