Moose Farts
Moose Farts are a popular no-bake treat from Canada’s east coast. These sweet bites mix condensed milk, coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips for a chewy, slightly crunchy dessert. Perfect for snacking, gifting, or enjoying after dinner!
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups dried coconut
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1½ cups chocolate chips
Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients: Mix in the dried coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips until a thick, sticky dough forms.
Shape into balls: Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls. If the mixture is too sticky, chill for 10 minutes or lightly grease your hands.
Coat and chill: Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs, then place them on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Serve and enjoy: Store in an airtight container and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
