In a large bowl, mix crushed pineapple (with juice), flour, sugar, eggs, and baking soda until combined.
Pour batter into the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk, mixing until creamy.
Spread frosting over the cooled cake. Garnish with pineapple chunks, slice and enjoy!
